ID Sharma, Founder Director
He is an Engineer with a Master Degree in Commerce. He is a bedrock for IDSOS team. After spending around 21 years in Indian Air Force and another 15 in Technical Education, he retired as Principal of Government Polytechnic College in Himachal Pradesh, India.
He is an entrepreneur by choice. His desire for excellence, keen eye for detail, penchant for challenges and a never tiring attitude is a huge inspiration for entire IDSOS team.
Anisha Sharma, Founder Director
She is a Chartered Accountant (equivalent to CPA) by profession since 1999. She has now been running her own company since 2003. Prior to the foundation of IDSOS, she owned a CA Coaching Institute in Delhi and she was also a Partner in a CA firm.
Anisha is the back-bone of the organization. It is her deep-rooted desire to grow and help people grow, that has resulted in IDS Team reaching this stage. Her honest, transparent and true partnership approach has helped forge long lasting relationships with every client.
Kiran Dogra,Chandigarh Delivery Leader
She is a born leader, having deep understanding of inter personnel relations and highly focused approach to team working. Kiran is a Post Graduate from Panjab University. Prior to joining IDS in 2014, she had spent 10 years in various roles in ITES sector with organizations like IBM and Tech Mahindra. Her passion for customer success, zeal to exceed expectations, never say die attitude and display of absolute ownership has made her the backbone of the location.
